A family business.
A personal approach.
We are [8.16], a family studio. We have run our business together since 2020, combining design, technology and personal responsibility for the result. Originally from Krasnoyarsk, we spent the past seven years living and working in Sevastopol. Now we are taking some time to travel and are temporarily based in Oceanus, Nha Trang, Vietnam. We keep working with clients around the world and would love to meet you if you are nearby.

Why these prices?+
We are a small studio and work directly with clients. Starting prices cover a basic scope. Additional work is discussed and priced in advance.
How does no upfront payment work?+
We agree on the task and show you the result. After approval and payment, we hand over the final files. The contract sets out the process.
What if I don’t like the design?+
Design projects begin with four directions. We refine your chosen option. Revision terms are agreed in advance; new concepts or additional tasks are priced separately.
What does the up-to-24-month warranty cover?+
For websites and software: fixing reproducible errors within agreed functionality. Duration and coverage depend on the service and contract. New features, third-party services and later changes are discussed separately. Design file correction terms are agreed for each project.
Will I receive source files?+
Yes. After payment we hand over editable final files and agreed materials. Third-party fonts and images remain subject to their licences, explained before work begins.
Do you use AI?+
We may use AI as a working tool when appropriate. A person checks the final result. Material usage terms are discussed for each project.
Can we work from different countries?+
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Russia, the CIS, Vietnam and elsewhere. Language, timezone and payment arrangements are agreed before we begin.
