OOO SevasTur is the data controller for 816ds.ru and the [8.16] design studio brand. Its details appear below. This policy covers enquiries about studio services.
Data and purpose
We use your name, Telegram handle or email, project brief, selected services and estimate to answer your enquiry and discuss a project. Do not include passport details, health information or other sensitive data, or third-party data without a lawful basis. Marketing requires separate consent.
How the form works
The form prepares a draft in your browser. Preparing the draft does not submit or store it in a website database. You review it, open Telegram and confirm sending to @l_816. Opening a link containing the draft shares that text with Telegram. You can contact us by email instead.
Legal basis and processing
Processing is based on voluntary consent or an applicable basis for entering into and performing a contract. Automated and manual processing may include receipt, recording, storage, correction, use for responding and discussing work, and deletion. Enquiries are not published or shared with an unrestricted audience.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless another legal basis applies. Contract records follow applicable legal retention requirements. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the enquiry. The controller takes measures required by law to protect data.

You may request information, correction, blocking or deletion where required by law, withdraw consent, or contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Email sevastur@ya.ru with the subject “Personal data [8.16]” and the contact used for your enquiry. Other lawful grounds may permit continued processing after withdrawal. Requests are handled within statutory time limits.
Updates
This policy covers the current enquiry flow. It must be updated when server-side submission, analytics or other services are introduced. Version: 2 October 2026. Russian law applies, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data. The Russian version governs.
